One size fits all with this tear off flag belt. A 12" Velcro® strip across the back allows you to space flags for any size waist. Each belt comes with four flags (1 ea. blue, red, yellow and green). In games like "Run Sheep Run" each color can represent a given number, blue 10, red 8, etc. .One size fits all - up to a 44" waist. Use one flag or up to four depending on your relays and games. In timed games and contests the team with the most remaining flags or most in possession is the winner.
